Everything on this page comes down to this in the end. An automation is a program, and an infrastructure that cannot be adapted is just a rented server with extra steps. We build the software that is missing in between, and we stay on for operations rather than disappearing after handover.

How we work

Prove it, do not claim it: A setting in a file is not evidence. Anything that has not been tried on the running system and written down counts as open here.
Write down what you do: Every service comes with a runbook, including the reasoning for why it was built this way and not another. That keeps decisions sound two years later, and it also protects you from us, because nobody is irreplaceable.
One small first step: Instead of a big project we take on a manageable piece that delivers visible value quickly. You see how we work before it gets expensive.
The way out stays open: You get the source code and the documentation. Who works with it later is your call, not ours. That is the most honest proof of quality we can give.

From practice

A platform that carries a whole operation

For Kunst gegen Bares in Düsseldorf, a stage for live art, we developed a complete platform and run it on our servers. The public website with dates and artist profiles, a protected area where artists maintain their material, an admin area for events and line-ups, plus a marketing module that runs whole campaigns: videos and image sets from templates, copy written per network by an AI, published to six channels. From the numbers the system learns what lands.

Designed as multi-tenant from the start, because it is meant to run in further cities. Three of the four areas of this site are in it: software, agents and the infrastructure underneath.

No WordPress, and no projects where we merely execute on a hyperscaler. Two clear refusals say more about a company than a long list.

Everything you do at a computer can be automated. What that means in a company is what this page is about. One entirely ordinary Tuesday, one single case from the enquiry to the reply, and five kinds of agent, of which most people only know the first.

Infrastructure and cloud office

Most small companies pay five different providers for file storage, video, office, passwords and mail, spreading their data across five jurisdictions in the process. We set up one coherent platform on a server that belongs to you, and we run it.

Local AI and models of your own

Small models have become good enough. On a machine you can put in your own rack, an AI runs today that is worth more to your business than the largest model in the world, because it knows how work is done at your place. We teach it that, and it stays in the building. Whether you want that or would rather use a public model stays your decision, and it is reversible.
