The company is new. We are not.
We have both been programming since the early 2000s, around fifty years of practice between us. Eight of those years we spent in the same team at the same company, so we know each other inside out. What we build runs in production, not just in the demo.
What we do
The same foundation sits under all of it. We are software developers. You get code that is tested, versioned and able to tell you what went wrong, not a tool clicked together from parts.
Infrastructure and cloud office
Email, files, calendars and collaboration on your own infrastructure. Open source, no per-seat licence, no data with third parties. If a feature is missing, we write it.
Custom software
Web applications, portals and internal tools, built around the way you work rather than around a template. Where AI genuinely helps, it sits right in the interface instead of in a second tool beside it.
And in the middle sits a model.
The three areas above are not three offerings side by side. They are three layers of the same machine. The surface you work in. The agents doing the work underneath. The server all of it stands on. Between them sits a fourth layer that few people ask about.
That is where you have a choice. A public model from the cloud, a provider in Europe, or your own in the building, which barely knows the world and knows your business thoroughly instead. Small models have become good enough that the third option is no longer an exception. It is one of our specialities.
You decide how far independence goes.
Sovereignty is not all or nothing, it is a question of budget. There are three levels. You pick one, and moving up later does not mean starting over.
Your own model in the building
The model runs on your server and knows your business, because we set it up that way. Not a sentence leaves the building, there is no per-request bill, and the file belongs to you. It is a purchase rather than a subscription, and we work it through with you first.
A provider in Europe
The same convenience, but the operator sits in Europe and works under GDPR. For most, the sensible middle ground.
AI from the big cloud
Fastest to start and cheapest. The models run at one of the large providers, and your data goes there.
And where data has to leave the building, we say so. If you want to post on Instagram, there is no way around Instagram. Our job is to make sure everything else stays with you and every single service can be swapped out.
A platform that runs campaigns every day.
For Kunst gegen Bares in Düsseldorf we built a complete platform and run it on our own servers. It carries events and artist management and plans entire campaigns. Videos and image sets are rendered from templates, an AI writes the copy per network, and publishing goes out to six channels. Responses and numbers flow back into the system, which learns from what works.
